Cinnamon Sticks come from the dried bark of the Casia plant belonging to the genus Cinnamomum. The bark is harvested, dehydrated and washed. It is generally grown in, and imported from the Indonesian island of Padang. The sticks are 4 inches in length and can be used as a garnish for cider, tea, coffee and cocktails. Also great for crafts or try adding a stick to your crock pot dishes to increase the savory flavors.
