Celery, Cross Cut
All natural, cross-cut celery is a great source of fiber, calcium, and vitamins A and C. Add to soups, chilies, stews, salads and casseroles. 1 pound of air dried celery equals approximately 5 pounds of fresh celery. For a crisp, raw flavor: add cold water, stir and cover, let sit for 60 minutes or overnight. For use in hot dishes: bring 1 part celery and 7 parts water to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
